To commemorate Indian Dietetics Day, a large scale nutritional assessment program was undertaken in Mumbai city. Management, Principal and staff of 10 colleges in Mumbai assessed over 500 adolescent girls aged 13 – 18 years on 10^th, 11^th and 17^th January 2018. Participants were assessed for overall Health including assessment of body composition, dietary patterns and nutritional awareness. Based on the data, an awareness programme on the role of nutrition in prevention of lifestyle diseases was conducted.
