An online Innovative Low salt and low sugar recipe contest was organized Pan-India in collaboration with Nutritionists in India Group to celebrate National Nutrition Month/ Poshan Maah 2021. Participants were given 5 categories under which they could send their entries. Participants were also encouraged to share photographs of the recipes via email. We received above 200 recipes from students and working professionals from across 43 cities participated. 2 International were also received. Out of 200, 165 recipes were considered for competition and judging. The recipes that were not selected for judging criteria either did not fit the criteria of competition or were copied from the internet or recipe books. |
