At the start of the session, convenor of NSI Mumbai Chapter, Dr. Subhadra Mandalika gave a brief talk about eating guidelines for elder people. After Dr. Mandalika’s brief talk, Mrs. Sharvari Kalantre started her session by highlighting the importance of yoga and how it helps not only the body but our mind as well. Further, she demonstrated various yoga for elderly with help of her mother-in-law for eyes, shoulder, knee, legs, and yoga for back pain, etc. She even explained various breathing patterns that help to detoxify the body.
