Yoga for Enhancing Immunity and Lung Capacity

Dr. Hansaji started the session by talking about every human being is unique and how a person needs to take onus of one’s health and body. She then went on to discuss in details how one should take care of their body not just physical health but also mental health. She also discussed different yoga and breathing exercises to improve immunity and lung capacity.
